Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of REDE (Real Estate Decision Engine), operated by Vacation Home Group, a trade name (DBA) of Joe Mori. By using the website or any REDE app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

REDE provides decision-support tools for real estate. Free client calculators produce estimates to help consumers think through a decision; agent apps let real estate professionals brand and deploy those tools and generate analyses and content. Some analyses are generated by AI and may be imperfect; they are not the service of, or endorsed by, the AI providers whose technology powers them.

2. Not professional advice — no guarantees

Outputs are estimates based on user-provided inputs and simplified assumptions. Nothing in the apps constitutes financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and no outcome, return, price, or result is guaranteed. Consult a qualified real estate professional, CPA, or financial advisor before making a decision.

3. Agent subscriptions & billing

Consumers use the client tools free of charge. Real estate agents who subscribe are billed by Stripe on the terms shown at signup, renew automatically until cancelled, and may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, reverse engineer, copy, or build a competing product from the apps, their design, or their content, not to remove proprietary notices, and not to use automated access except as expressly authorized.

5. Intellectual property

The apps, their design, and their content are the property of Vacation Home Group and the REDE platform. © 2026 Vacation Home Group. All rights reserved. Agents retain rights to their own brand assets and the content they generate for their own use while their subscription is active.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any figure it produces is accurate or complete.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the provider and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profit or opportunity, arising from your use of the service. Total liability for any claim arising from a paid subscription will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months before the claim; for free tools, liability is limited to one hundred US dollars (00).

8. Changes & termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue any app at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.

9. Governing law & contact
