Privacy Policy
REDE (Real Estate Decision Engine) is operated by Vacation Home Group, a trade name (DBA) of Joe Mori, working with its brokerage Real Broker NH, LLC. This policy explains what information REDE collects and how it is used across the website and the apps. Questions about your data: admin@vacationhome.group.
1. Who this policy covers
It covers two kinds of people: real estate agents who create a REDE account to use or brand our apps, and consumers who use one of the free client tools (often branded for a specific agent). Where an app is branded for an agent, that agent is the party a consumer is choosing to share their contact information with; REDE operates the tool on the agent's behalf.
2. What we collect
Agent accounts: your name, email, brokerage details, market areas, the queries and content you generate, and usage data (features used, scans or reports run). Billing is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Consumers using the client tools: the calculators run in your browser, and what you type is not sent to us for the core calculation. If you use a tool's optional AI features (or request an AI report), the inputs for that analysis are sent to a third-party AI provider to generate the result — used only to produce it, not stored or read by us. If you unlock a Pro feature or email yourself results, we collect your email (and name/phone if given) to deliver them; that contact information is also provided to the agent whose tool you used, who may follow up with you.
3. How we use information
To provide and improve the apps, generate analyses and content, maintain accounts and subscriptions, deliver requested results, and communicate about the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Third parties
We rely on Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Stripe (payments), our email provider (verification codes and reports), and third-party AI and search providers (such as Anthropic, OpenAI, and Perplexity) to generate analyses. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.
5. What we do not do
We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, or any advertising or cross-site tracking technology on our apps or website. We do not build advertising profiles. The only browser storage we use is for essentials like your theme choice and, for signed-in users, your session.
6. Data retention & security
We keep account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, and apply reasonable safeguards including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting admin@vacationhome.group (to have an agent delete a copy they hold, contact that agent). Residents of California and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
8. Children
REDE apps are intended for adults and real estate professionals and are not directed to children under 13.
